Strength & Conditioning is a full-body workout that is always different, teaching cutting-edge techniques with tons of exercise variety. It will challenge the weekend warrior or average Joe with progressions/regressions for everyone to get a great workout while having a committed community of people around them.
Start your day off by revving your metabolism. Increase your lean muscle mass & refresh with this 40-minute workout to 20 minutes of pure, full-body stretching. The intensity level is tailored to each individual’s personal level of performance.
Designed for ages 23+, this class is for those who want to compete in powerlifting.
