Our Personal Training Process

At MVP Fitness, we do not believe in random workouts. We use a guided training process designed to help you move better, build strength, improve body mechanics, and raise your quality of life with age.

Step 1: MVP Discovery

Scheduled consultation with your trainer.

We start by learning your “why.”

Your first appointment includes a consultation and health screening where we discuss your goals, health history, injuries, limitations, and what you want to improve.

This is where we understand your body, your story, and your starting point.

Step 2: MVP Movement Screen

Completed during your consultation.

Next, we assess how your body moves.

Your trainer looks at strength, mobility, stability, balance, and movement patterns to identify where your body needs support and where we can help you improve.

Step 3: MVP Foundation Phase

Your training schedule is set with your trainer.

Before we push intensity, we build the foundation.

This phase focuses on mobility, stability, proper body mechanics, and safe movement so you can train with more confidence and control.

Step 4: MVP Progression Plan

Your individualized exercise plan begins.

Your plan is built around your goals, health history, injuries, ability level, and quality-of-life needs.

Depending on your body, your program may include strength training, stretching, mobility work, balance, stability, conditioning, or therapeutic exercise strategies.

Every plan is personalized. Every session has a purpose.

Step 5: MVP Continuation of Care

Your plan evolves as you do.

We keep you accountable, reassess your progress, adjust your programming, and help you continue building strength, confidence, and quality of life over time.
