01. How do I join MVP Fitness? Do I have to be a Member to join?
You can call or fill out a submission form. We will contact you a time to meet for your consultation. You don’t have to pay for any packages or contracts. You pay for the amount of sessions you want to have with your trainer on a month to month basis.
02. What does my Membership Include?
Our gyms boast state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment. Depending on membership type, you’ll also get to try out our personal training sessions with the best personal trainers in the northland at an affordable rate.
03. How does my Membership Work?
At MVP Fitness we are a personal training focused. This means we allow personal training clients the ability to buy a membership to workout additionally to their sessions.
04. How do I get started with a Trainer?
We start with a conversation. Schedule a complimentary consultation where we’ll take time to understand your goals, any past injuries or concerns, and what kind of support you need. From there, we’ll match you with a trainer who’s the right fit and design a plan that works for your body and lifestyle. No pressure, just guidance tailored to you.
05. What does the Post Physical Therapy Program consist of?
Once you have finished your insurance based physical therapy. With your approval we can consult with your physical therapist about your progress and parameters for treatment. Continuing their care to the next step to get you back the strength in operated side or pain side while keeping you safe and accountable.
06. How do I sign up for Group Classes?
We offer four group classes currently. You don’t have to have a membership or be a personal training client to join group class. If you are a groupon or fit reserve customer you can just call us in advanced or show up to scheduled time of class thats shown on our group class page. It’s very affordable way to try out our services that we know you will love!
05. What is the Cancellation Policy?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will forfeit the session that you payed for. If you cancel outside of 24 hours you will have until the end of the month to use that session. Be sure to talk with your trainer for any additional questions.

01. What is the difference between Bodywork & Massage?
BodyWork blends myofascial release, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, and targeted stretching to relieve pain, reduce tension, and restore optimal function. Ideal for those dealing with chronic discomfort, injury recovery, or restricted mobility, this treatment goes beyond surface-level relief—addressing the root causes of imbalance. Each session is tailored to your body’s needs to support better movement, faster recovery, and long-term results.
Massage is a more gentle, therapeutic experience designed to support the body’s natural healing response through slow, intentional touch. This restorative session calms the nervous system, releases deeply held tension, and helps regulate stress patterns. Ideal for those experiencing fatigue, burnout, or chronic emotional and physical overwhelm.
02. Is Superficial Bruising or Soreness post-session normal?
While massage therapy is widely recognized as a safe and beneficial practice, it’s important to acknowledge that, like any form of bodywork, it may carry some potential risks. These can include superficial bruising, temporary muscle soreness, or the exacerbation of an underlying or previously undetected condition. Such responses are often part of the body’s natural healing process as it adapts to therapeutic touch and tissue manipulation. In most cases, these effects are mild, short-lived, and resolve on their own without the need for further intervention
03. How does my Membership Work?
Our Bodywork and Massage Memberships are designed to support your ongoing wellness with consistency and flexibility. Memberships draft on the 1st of each month and include exclusive benefits such as priority booking, personalized progress tracking, and regular monthly maintenance on your terms. Each session must be used within the current month and does not roll over; however, if you’re unable to use your session, you’re welcome to gift it to a friend or loved one. This membership is a simple, supportive way to prioritize your well-being month after month..
04. What is the Cancellation Policy?
To ensure fair and timely access for all clients, we’ve implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. We kindly ask that you keep track of your scheduled session’s date and time. To help you stay on top of your appointments, you’ll receive an automatic reminder one week in advance, followed by another 24 hours before your session. Since technology isn’t always perfect, we also recommend using the app, which sends direct notifications to your phone for added convenience and peace of mind.
If you do not arrive within the first 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you will be marked as a no-show and charged the full fee for the missed session using the credit card on file.
